Onsite/Virtual Fitness Classes Make Activity More Convenient
Our fitness classes are led by certified instructors who come prepared to help employees refocus their energy. Classes are designed with the beginner to intermediate participant in mind, and instructors demonstrate optional moves to accommodate all fitness levels. Classes require minimal exertion, so employees can return to work after class. All classes are subject to instructor availability.

Class Attire:
Core Strength
In this session participants will learn how important it is for our body to have a strong core. Core strength supports your back and provides stability and balance.
Guided Meditation
This six-week session will help participants understand the many evidence-based benefits of mindfulness meditation and discover small and easy ways to bring meditation into their daily routine. Each class builds on techniques from previous weeks, so it is highly recommended that participants attend all classes in the series to reap the full benefits.
LaBlast Dance Fitness
A dance fitness program based on all the ballroom dances scene on Dancing with the Stars. This class is partner-free and includes cardio and strength training fitness, with music from every era and genre. This program is suited for every BODY at any stage of the participant’s fitness journey.
Line Dancing
Line dancing class inspires movement, fun and creativity. Participants learn steps to dances performed in various music styles including country western and pop.
Pilates
Pilates promotes spinal flexibility, abdominal and core strength, a balanced body, and improved posture. This class is also great for stress reduction and overall wellness. Participants get a feeling of accomplishment in every class.
Seated Stretches from Your Desk Chair
This session includes demonstration of simple stretches that can be done from your office chair (or any chair) to keep you aligned throughout your day. Focus areas include upper back and shoulder, middle back, lower back, chest, side, hips, quadriceps, hamstrings, and ankles.
Strength Training
Using body weight only, this class provides various types of techniques to strengthen and lengthen muscles in the upper and lower body.
Toning with Bands
Using exercise bands, participants will tone and sculpt their body, build muscle, and boost metabolism. Participants experience enhanced strength and vitality along with a feeling of accomplishment. For an additional fee, each participant will
receive a fitness band (medium strength) to keep.
Yoga
Yoga promotes strength, flexibility, openness, enhanced vitality, and an ability to focus in the present. This class renews and invigorates the body while stretching and strengthening the muscles, joints, and spine.
Yoga Chair
This session will focus on the muscles of the posterior chain, bringing about good posture and a strong core all while sitting in a chair. Attention is paid to those muscles commonly carrying tension in the upper and lower body. Savasana and meditation are practiced at the end of each class.
Yoga Gentle Mat
Designed for beginners, this class moves slowly and offers modifications for all participants. Each class begins seated on a yoga mat with options to be elevated on blankets or blocks to keep the spine long and tall. Postures include hands and knees and standing poses. We return to the mat on the belly and back for additional back and core strengthening. Savasana and meditation are practiced at the end of each class.
Yogalates
Combining the best of Yoga and Pilates improves core strength, total body flexibility, and relaxation in a fun class that keeps participants coming back.
Zumba/Zumba-Infused Dance Fitness
Come join our dance fitness party! Move to Latin-inspired rhythms while burning calories, boosting energy, and releasing stress. The instructor will guide participants through easy-to-learn routines while encouraging a fun workout.
