Onsite Screenings
Choose from the following assessments*:

- Cotinine (offered as venipuncture or cheek swab)

- Waist Circumference
- Brief Results Review
*Screenings are offered as finger stick or venipuncture: some measurements are available with venipuncture option only. Additional lab panels are available with venipuncture option.
Screening Service Detail:
- Data is verified and processed via tablet technology
- Each event staffed by an event manager, personalizing the participants’ experience and keeping the event flowing smoothly
- Privacy protected by screens during the event, and by HIPAA-compliant processing of PHI
- Registration available via on-line portal or telephone
Off-Site Screening Options
- LabCorp Patient Service Center: voucher provided by WellAdvantage
- Physician Form: submitted by participant’s healthcare provider or from participant directly to WellAdvantage – based on program design
- Home Test Kit: a complete mail-in lab test
- Data: data received from offsite sources is integrated into WellAdvantage’s biometric screening database and included in aggregate reporting
Individual Results
- Fingerstick screening – available at onsite event; for clients who contract the WellAdvantage web portal, results are uploaded to participant’s private web portal dashboard
- Venipuncture/offsite screening – results may be emailed or mailed to participants; for clients who contract the WellAdvantage web portal, results are uploaded to participant’s private web portal dashboard
Aggregate Reporting
- Population Health Risk Report; also includes Health Assessment data when included in program design
- Multi-year health risk trend provided for repeat WellAdvantage clients
