WellAdvantage incentive and participation tracking is available a-la-cart or as part of a comprehensive wellness program. This service provides administrative support for the HR Professional or Wellness Program Manager.

WellAdvantage will make recommendations for incentive program design and how to maintain HIPPA compliance.
Real Time Participant Incentive Rewards Status
Participants can track their rewards points via the web portal and mobile app. Standard incentives included with the portal are automatically updated. Customized incentives, uploads of participation tracked by outside vendors, and verification forms may be added with ease.
Reporting and Payouts
Reporting is provided to the client at regular intervals for distribution of awards and overall participation tracking.
Incentive Card Administration
WellAdvantage coordinates distribution and provides participant support of incentive cards. Cards are customized to client’s program.
